Ride Every Wave is an art project created by Malaysian contemporary artist Karwai Chan to reinvent her artistic journey. The artist fused the elements of Chinese “Blue and White Porcelain” with the Japanese artwork of “The Great Wave of Kanagawa”.
Following the trend, Karwai Chan is compelled to transition from traditional art to a digital one by going beyond the boundaries and making it better than ever. The one-of-a-kind art piece highlights the incredible waves as a metaphor for a limitless and unstoppable vehicle that speaks to the beauty of human creativity.
The final process led the artist to rip off the artwork from the sports car – but not before capturing it. Encapsulating the qualities of luxury, fearlessness, motion, and grace – ‘Ride Every Wave’ is now immortalised as an NFT.
